You commented about the toughness of the schedule, but Lickert did not make the schedule. I can see them going .500 and being ready for the playoffs.

Lickert and staff has the boys fired up and believing. The intensity has been through the roof and the boys are working hard. The schedule is the same as last year just changed locations. Is it going to be easy nope but they have talent and will be ready to play.

That can happen to every team. I worry more about the mental state than I do about the physical state. Lickert is a smart guy and knows the thing that matters most is a state title and not how many regular season wins they get

Hopefully Coach Lickert gets control of the schedule moving forward and waters it down a little bit.

Nothing against Dan Wagner, but last years team had talent but weren't motivated and were not pushed. Lickert will have them ready and I think with a new coach comes new energy, from what I am hearing he is at the school during workouts and making sure the boys are getting it done the right way which didn't happen the last few years.

That was last years staff I believe, and a lot of those guys aren't coming back.

Talking with the last coaching staff before they were let go, they felt that this years team was going to better than last years and would have a chance at state. They knew they were going to be down last year and up a little bit this year. So we'll see what happens. But I would say the record will be close to what it was last year.

Not just at the school but staff is working out with the boys. Things are way different than the previous year from what I hear. Lots of excitement

He has some in place but last I heard still has some spots to fill.

He has Dave Meadows running his defense which is absolutely huge. I can tell you right now player discipline and attitude will not be an issue with Dave around.
