Never. But I rarely go anywhere but the grocery store that has grid parking. Downtown parking tends to be angled and I parallel park on the street a lot.

Back in usually. It’s easier IMO, especially if you have a back up camera.

I do 95% of the time. It’s safer to back in than back out and you most likely have to backup at some point. Might as well do it the safer way.

Well if you pull in mostly likely you have to back out and it’s safer than backing out.

Not going with 99% of the time, but it is definitely my preferred method.

I don’t know that it is. I was taught that backing out of a space is safer because other drivers can see your brake lights, and backup lights alerting them that you are pulling out. Of course that was 30 years ago before daytime running lights. Either way you often still can’t see around large vehicles whether you are facing in or out.
