Who are the seniors on your team that should land either a Division I or Division IAA scholarship offer??

 

For Danville, there are some players that should play college football somewhere(smaller schools come to mind), with maybe the exception of Jeffrey Guest(rb/wr/db).

 

 

At Boyle Co, Josh Miller should land himself at least a Div. IAA scholarship from the likes of WKU, EKU, etc......

 

Anyone else have a take on this??

Bethlehem High School has a running back named Billy Jackson that should land somewhere. He was the state champion in the 200m hurdles and has rushed for over 1500 years for the past 3 years. He is 6'0'' 210 with a 24 on his ACT. It would be a crime if this kid is overlooked.

For Cov Cath there should be a few 1AA offers but probably not too many Division I.

From Williamsburg:

Thomas Frazier- QB- 6'1" 220 lbs. Rifle arm, solid runner, will get looks from 1AA possibly, NAIA for sure. Have heard he is interested in Western, but not sure of their interest level. Do know Cumbelands and Union are very interested.

 

Chase Hamlin - WR - 6'1" 175 lbs. Terrific hands, runs good routes, possible 1AA, NAIA...future may actually be as a punter. Has had some interest from D1AA Wofford I've Heard. Led state in receivng last year, batlling injuries this year.

 

Aaron Root - FB,LB - 5'8", 190 lbs. Nose for the ball, over 120 tackles this year after 164 last year. Catches the ball very well and has shown to be a bull running the ball, as well as surpising speed. In talking with his dad he is interested in Murray State, Campbellsville, U Cumberlands, and Union. If this kid was 6' tall he'd be a D1 guy.

At St. X all seniors are college hopefuls. Whether they will play football or not is a different question and the one I suppose is being asked here.

Russell RB Kasey Clark is visiting schools almost every weekend. He's been visiting various D-1 schools this year and still has a few left to visit, including an SEC school with a very bright future.

Billy would be well suited to go to Western Kentucky. That, of course, will end up with him being a Division 1A player, since they are moving up. He could go to Louisville, but I don't know whether he would end up playing much. I think he could go play at Western.

Bardstown has a coup,e of seniors who could play at the next level, but only one, I believe, who is a 1-AA calibre player, and that is Wenquel Graves. 'Quel's problem is that he just isn't real big (5'10" 170lbs). But he has unbelievable speed, explosion, leaping ability, moves, agility, "make-up speed," etc. He is being overlooked right now, but could be a dynamite addition to any defensive backfield at the 1-AA level.

From Middlesboro, QB Trevor Hoskins is getting serious looks from EKU, WKU, and Cincinnati. I've heard at least one of them has already offered.

 

LB / TE Andrew Breeding has been invited to walk on at Clemson, but I've heard he is in serious talks with Middle Tennessee and Western KY as well.

 

RB Casey Earls has also been to WKU more than once, and is visiting Illinois soon. I think RB C.G. Ford will probably end up at Union.

Somerset-

 

Ross Deaton QB is getting some looks from the likes of Eastern and Western. If he doesn't go there he will definitely be able to play at a Georgetown or something like that.

 

John Wright Polk the kicker at Somerset has been getting looks from D1 schools and 1AA. He has a great leg and if he continues to work at it will be a great addition to anyones college football team.

 

Cam Jones LB is also getting looks from Eastern.
