That's absurd. The fact they have had the depth to cover it and make it this far speaks volumes. I don't know of another program in the country that could sustain those kind of loses and not really miss a beat.

I thought that Clemson had the best defense that I saw this year, and as much as I hate to admit it, Alabama's offense was better when Kiffin was there. I just don't see the Tide making enough explosive offensive plays to beat Clemson.

Nick Saban is the best coach in America (along with U.Meyer ) with Dabo Sweeny not far behind those two with how he has brought a good Clemson program to a Great program that could possibly be in their third consecutive Championship game.

As for this game, it should be another instant classic between the two in the playoff / NC game scenario. I really can't pick this one, imo they are that even of a team. Saban / Bama may have an edge with their record vs. teams that beat them in the previous year, not to mention for a National Championship.

I do believe that the winner goes on to win the national championship game.

Alabama is injury riddled but I think they’ll win by a slim margin, maybe by a field goal.

The game isn’t going to be a blowout by either team. The last two games between these two both were nail biters in the last minutes. This one will probably be the same.

Neither of these teams will be blown out at all. May be high scoring but it won't be a blowout. I think the injury to Moses was a big blow this week.

The more I think about this game the more I think Clemson wins by a couple of TDs. Too much on Clemson's front 8 for Bama's Oline/Hurts to keep up with.
