I just read on another forum that Corbin high school got an allotment of tickets does anyone know why Boyle didn't? Was it up to the schools to request tickets to sell?

 

Based on this document, particularly page 7, that would appear to be incorrect. It is possible that a school purchased a block of tickets and are then distributing them to fans (there's a reference to that in the same document) but beyond that I'm guessing it is false information.

Additionally, I signed up in about 30 seconds, I watched some of the Beechwood/Hazard game from last year, and everything is great just like I remember it the last couple of years.

 

That's not a bad deal. I might do that to make sure I get to watch the other 3 games.

I agree everyone, the broadcasts have been awesome the last couple of years and it is a steal at that price.

 

I know many of us have our issues with the KHSAA but this is one they have nailed!

UK plays at Rupp @ 3:30p on Saturday. Commonwealth and Rupp are far enough apart to not cause too much chaos (fingers crossed).

Possible that the school purchased tickets and then are reselling them. The KHSAA used to send blocks of tickets to schools no matter what but that linked document looks like you'd have to buy them in bulk to start with and could then resale at the school.
