RB David Bird doesn't seem to be getting a lot of respect. Soft schedule or not, that kid knows how to run the ball. He'll score at least twice.

You are right. The object of ANY game is to win. In that regard, no team has been "happy" against Danville yet, and likely no team will the entire year. When you go up against the #1 team in the state, you have to bring your "A" game and hope for the best. That's all you can do.

 

On another note, one thing I always enjoy about Danville is how classy the coach and the players are. In my opinion, that is one of the things that makes a top program and an additional reason of pride for them.

 

Keep up the good work Ads and best of luck Raiders. I personally will be happy as long as there are no injuries.

No body said Trimble was going to beat Danville. Smack the Raiders in the face all you want, soft schedule or not but 2 years ago Trimble lost to first year program Spencer, for Spencer 1st win ever. In the past Trimble has lost to those teams.

 

The object of building a program is to establish confidence. It is no disgrace to lose to Danville, last year Rockcastle lost 30-0 to them and made it to the final four of 3A.
