This game may very well decide the district championionship. Wayne Co. comes in with a 4-3 record with their wins coming over Monroe Co., Pendleton Co., Russell Co. and Knox Central. The losses have been to Clay Co.(by 1 point), Scott Co. and Green Co who have a combined record of 16-5. Wayne has a very good athlete in their QB(Steele)and a talented back(Hall, who has missed the last 3 games)who could cause Corbin some real problems defensively.

 

The game is played at Wayne Co. and should prove to be a good game.

They should meet again in round two if things go as expected. Garrard Co. may have something to say about that though.

Steele and Hall are both tough players. Hall might not play Friday night. I am sure its gonna be a good one. Come by the concession stand grilling area, Jesse James will be there.

This will be the first Corbin game that I have missed in quite since the Taylor County mud fest back in 02. Hopefully the Hounds will pull it out. With the Bye Week, I gotta say the Hounds take this one, 48-29.

I agree with the exception of Wayne Co, I think that they can play to within 20 points.

Wayne Co. is a better team than most are giving them credit for. If the players are thinking the same way, Corbin's district winning streak could come to an end this week.
