I saw Bryant has asked for a trade because he is not getting touches. First, Ab, than Bell, now Bryant. It's hard to keep everyone happy in that locker room.

Only one I put up with for an extended period of time is AB.

Depends on which team shows up for both. Both have been terrible and good. If both play their best, Steelers pretty easily.

Just hard to keep drinking the Bengal kool-aid.

Line is up to 6. Over/Under is 41

Pittsburgh covers, and gimme the under.

6 seems like a lot, but if I had to wager on this game, I'd follow your bets in both cases. Steelers and the Under sound about right to me.

It comes down to defense. I think only once has Dalton beaten the Steelers when he scored 17 or more. Even in the few wins we have had with Dalton against the Steelers. The offenses has only scored 16 or less against the Steelers defense. Dalton and the offense always struggle against the Steelers. So the defense needs to keep the Steelers to 17 or less for the Bengals to even have a shot imo.

This post feels 3 weeks old to me -- the Bengals are most definitely on the uptick since October 1st, so if you're ever going to drink their "kool-aid", now would seem the perfect time.

Did they have any other direction to go but up?

Yeah look at the other professional football franchise in Ohio.

A win for the Bengals would be huge.

But don't the Bengals usually look awful coming out of the bye? I feel like that's been the narrative in the past.

Will go with the Steelers in a close one, Bengals seem to always find a way to loose and the Steelers seem to find a way to win.

Coming out of a bye AND on national TV. Double doomed! :lol2:

As a former 20 year multiple ticket holder, I drank so much kool-aid that nothing they do in the short-term can make me have an ounce of confidence. Still root for them, but am no longer emotionally all-in. Can't handle the disappointment time after time.

That all sounds fair.

I don't think any grown man, with real responsibilities in life, should ever be "emotionally all-in" with any sports' team. I think you have great perspective.

Maybe emotionally all-in was an exaggeration on my part. Perhaps a Bengals victory played a bigger role than it should have in evaluating..."how was my day?"
