Braveheart
One, possibly 2 rounds if they are lucky.
AverageJoesGym
It depends, what round will they play Pikeville in. That will be it.
MTNSportsGuy
Hazard hasn't even clinched a playoff spot yet. Who says Hazard will make the playoffs???
DADDY CAT
I'm going with MTNFAN on this one. I see them as a 3 or 4 seed and a one-rounder.
Booge
Hazard gets Paintsville at home and Paintsville is down. Hazard will be a 2 or 3 seed and will lose as soon as they face a decent team.
Dino
If Hazard beats Paintsville in their regular season match-up, the Bulldogs will play two games. If the Tigers manage to beat Hazard at Hazard, the Bulldogs will play one game. Nobody in the district is going to knock off Pikeville this season, and I think that the Panthersdefense will power them to the regional ttle. UKFAN1
Hazard and Paintsville will play for the #2 seed next week. Winner has home field in playoffs, if I understand playoff format correctly. Pikeville is solid pick for #1 seed in District playoffs. District 7 will have a lot to say about who wins region imo.
JumperPride
I see a early 2nd round exit. Who knows though anything can happen.
stifler
Hazard is always dangerous at home. Therefore, I feel that they can beat Paintsville at home, then lose to Pikeville on the road. That will put them at a solid #2 seed.
DADDY CAT
How does Paintsville compare to Harlan? Hazard took a real beating from the Dragons, who have to be a favorite for #2 in District 7, or a darkhorse to win it over Somerset. If Paintsville is anything near to what they had last year, they are in the driver's seat in dist. 8. Somerset could be the stumbling block for Pikeville again in the region. Pikeville's D and Somerset's offense could make for another good game. Hazard really is not in the mix this year.
TRUE REDHOUND
:thumb: That is true. It depends, what round will they play Pikeville in. That will be it.

I look for a Somerset/Pikeville regional championship game at Pikeville. Lot of football left to be played though. Paintsville lost to Pikeville last year, so they aren't in the driver's seat this year. In fact, I don't think Paintsville can play with Pikeville, Somerset, Harlan, and probably Lynn Camp...maybe even Cumberland and Evarts.
DADDY CAT
Paintsville could probably play with most of our district this year.
Mountain Pride 10
Hazard is very quick but also very young they got their head down against a much improved Harlan squad for a poor showing at home. The once proud Hazard fans do not come out and support their team like one would expect from a school that has as much tradition as they have. So MP-10 says its one and out for the dogs.
