As we hit October, the weather will continue to get cooler and eventually cold. What is everyone's preference during game time? I prefer it chilly

My wife could not have been happier when our kids chose not to play football. She prefers climate controlled environments. I don't mind the cold at all. I've go the gear for it so bring it on. She will be at home.

Cold for me

I always preferred playing in the heat vs cold. The cold affected me more mentally. As a spectator, I prefer this time of year. Warm enough to still wear shorts.

I like it in the 60s. The colder it gets, the more winter gear I can break out!

Cold but not below freezing. Love the chill in the air of a fall evening at a high school stadium and hearing the pads popping.

I remember watching a Football game years ago. The small fast team won the first meeting. The big line on the other team was gassed. My dad commented when it got colder those big guys would not get as worn down and wouldn’t get as fatigued. He was right. They won the second meeting.
