How about use one of the computer rankings and take top 30 as a class and next 30 as another class and next 30. Do this for 5 or 6 classes and once each class is filled, the other bad teams get left out. There would be more parity in the classes. Some good teams would get the shaft because of being in same class as Trinity. Others teams that aren't as good would win a championship.

So one class for 13 schools with enrollments that vary from 200 boys to 1400 boys?

I think that we should split up schools alphabetically. 26 Classes (maybe 25 classes). Here are some of the highlight possibilities:

Class M: Male vs. Mayfield Final

Class B: Bowling Green vs. Boyle County Final

Class P: PRP vs. Pikeville Final

Class S: St X vs. Simon Kenton Final

Class T: Trinity vs. Trigg County Final

How about instead of taking 4 teams from a dist they go back to taking the top 2 from each district and force some schools to improve. i have never liked the 4 team from a dist setup too water down.
