Seeing Dalton with a truly bad line for the first time, is about what anyone would have expected.

That's been my point on Dalton. Dalton has to basically have every single thing around him to be successful. He has to have a good line. He has to have a top 5 wr and top 5 te, etc. When he has that he is a darn good qb. Which a lot of qbs would be too with that. However when you take even one of those things away he struggles and average at best with some horrible games mixed in.

He has had 2 really good seasons. 2013 and 2015. 2013 he then sucked in the playoff game. 2015 mvp type year but his two losses came in prime time games, in same situations he usually struggles in. The other years he made the playoffs because of top defenses his first 2 years and a top 5 running game in 2014.

That's why I'm not as high on Dalton. I think a lot of qbs could do well when he has everything around him like most of his career. McCarron showed that too with no experience. He played with the same guys and at worst did the same as Dalton would against those teams but with less experience. McCarron would also need all those things around him to be successful. I think him and Dalton are a like in that regard of not being good enough to make a weak area better. However mentally and as a leader I think McCarron would be better for this team.

Dalton usually does have good games after his horrible games. So we shall see.

Do you not think this is true about most every quarterback in the NFL not named Brady or Rodgers?

Bengals all white color rush not much of a color rush.

I agree. Most qbs haven't had a top 10 defense in terms of scoring defense every year besides one. Most qbs haven't had a top 5 wr to throw to every year or top 5 TE. When people throw out why do you want a qb who wins. Well in my opinion I think we could have had a lot of qbs who would have done similar and won the same type of games. Only difference is maybe another qb would be a better leader and or handle the big moments better.

I like the all white and black uniforms. I just wish the helmets would be different for it too.

Headed to the game tonight, lets get this W!

Cushing suspended for 10 games.

Not surprised by this, he has always seemed a little too juiced.

Ill be at the game tonight seeing the Bengals first win of the season thanks to @theguru
