October 1, 200619 yr No surprise here, Iowa has been the most overrated team in the country all year long... I agree and I was pretty close on the score I said it would be 34-14 OSU, but Troy Smith does nothing but impress me everytime I watch him play. :ylsuper:

I can't remember any time it's ever happened. IMO Ohio State is on their own island right now. They are playing great football right now and I really don't see them losing to anyone.

October 1, 200619 yr Ohio State's defense is going to have to stiffen up. While the turnovers are nice, they can't rely on them against Michigan, they will get beat that way. All in all a nice win, but Iowa simply couldn't FINISH.

Every team on the schedule can beat you at anytime if you don't execute properly. Michigan is very capable of beating the Buckeyes. IMO Michigan should be ranked # 2 this week.

This game might have been closer had it been played in November. It seemed like the Iowa City atmosphere was more of a pre-game talking point than even the game. Ohio State, by the way, looked very good.

It would make for some great pre game hype and will sell a lot of tickets if it does matchup that way. I certainly hope it ends with OSU beating # 2 Mich.

Also Oklahoma and Texas may have years and years ago

Possible losses by the above mentioned teams which would allow the team up north to move to #2 by November 18th: West Virgina 11/2 @ Louisville Southern Cal 11/11 vs. Oregon Auburn 10/7 vs. Arkansas 10/14 vs. Florida 11/11 vs. Georgia Florida 10/7 vs. LSU 10/14 @ Auburn 10/28 vs. Georgia 11/11 vs. South Carolina :thumb:
