Not bad for a made up number for Trinity. I am surprised by he lack of love for Pleasure Ridge Park. Same for Saint Xavier. That is 4 of top ten from District 3.

I know it's only based only on 3 weeks of football, and a crude math formula BUT.......As a follower of DeSales football, I wouldn't put too much stock in this ranking as of now. More games, better it gets. No way should we be ranked ahead of CAL,Mayfield or even Danville .,,.

In past Trinity would be not included until playing KY team so curious how arrived at that number. St. X only as 1 game against KY so as play more games should increase. Like all computer ratings, will improve as season goes on. I am familiar with algorithm for Litkenhous. It uses margin of victory combined with ratings of opponents. Had to laugh when saw STX 16th.

Someone please explain how Johnson Central is not tops on 4-A.

Doesn't this system rely heavily on margin of victory?

If so, it would explain JC being so low.

This is an absurd rating. Trinity shouldn't have a ranking. Butler at #2 is a head scratcher based on wins over Bullitt East and Western being enough I guess to offset a loss to DeSales. X at 16, PRP not even in the top 20 yet both are undefeated against better opponents?

Why does the CJ continue to publish this outdated ranking system?

Hanging on for dear life...

Just like Cantrall, Litkenhous is so ugly bad this early in the season.

Give it about three more weeks.
