Mason has played a very good schedule so far and mostly all on the road.They have really struggled to put teams away but have found a way to win and thats all that really matters.Some of these big blow out scores being predicted for the road team kinda are mind boggling to me,But thats what makes the site fun.Ashland from top to bottom is the mopre talented team but the Royals arent the sisters of the poor and it is in Maysville.I wont predict a score for this one but i think it has all the makings for an upset!Good luck to both teams and lets hope for a nice weather nite for a great crowd.If the Royals pull this one out they could be in the driver seat with Lawernce and JC on senior nite coming to Maysville and a trip to greenup all that is left.

:thumb: I didn't mean to say that Mason doesn't play with pride. I am sure that they do. For that matter if any kid on any team doesn't play with pride then he should probably look at why he is out there.

I agree with mhighfield. This game should be alot closer than some believe. I think that Ashland is the better team hands down but they are traveling to Mason so anything can happen. I believe Ashland will pull this one out if they keep the turnovers to a minimum but if they dont i can see this one going the other way. Im going to go with Ashland in this one but I also can see Mason pulling out a narrow win as well. My prediction:

If Mason runs the ball instead of the spread offense they seem to like I think it'll be a close game, they ran the ball very well last night. Spread offense didn't work well for them though.

The offensive line of Ashland continues to impress and Thomas & company are reaping the rewards. Ashland has come together as a unit and are playing great on both sides of the ball. This should be a great game.

Mason will definitley be a worthy opponent. Ashland, JCHS, and Mason are the three best teams in the district. One thing about Mason is they always have athletes. Ashland will definitley come in with their hands full in this one. I think the players are focused though, and i think with a good week of practice we can bring home a win.:banana:
