I don't know what the numbers look like on the Bengals linebackers but obviously this trade says Flowers was going to be cut, so the Bengals grabbed the seventh round pick instead of cutting him and getting nothing

I don't think Flowers was in the Bengals plans.

Bengals still have 10 LB's on the roster. Four of them are rookies, though.
