Parking at Bellevue

Featured Replies

I'm heading to Bellevue for my first ever game at Gilligan Stadium on Friday night. [side note: This will be my 82nd stadium where I've seen a game played]. I've been there a couple of times, both times just pulling right up to the field, but never on game day. Where do you recommend I park when there is a crowd? Thanks!

Get there early enough and try to park on the street around the stadium. There is ample parking in numerous businesses, but some get a little uptight if game goers park in their lot.

The Kroger on Donnermeyer is less than a block away and would be easy to get in and out of. I haven't been to that stadium in quite awhile so I don't remember what their parking is like within the complex. Lots of side streets as well to find parking on.

I noticed the Kroger on Google Maps and had it pegged as a possibility.

Any businesses in particular that might tow from their lots?

There are a some mom and pop stores and smaller convenience, bars and fast food places. I would imagine they don't take kindly to non patrons parking in their lots. Avoid all of those to be safe.

Park in @Lawnboy13 house and walk a few blocks.

I have always been able to park on Berry Avenue south of the stadium. Its one way traveling north towards the stadium. Need to be a little early. Last min. will not work.

Kroger's is an option but I have always gone in store and purchased an item first and then eat at gold star next to Kroger's after the game.

I know a guy who knows a guy who might know a guy. Send me a PM.

If you still have my cell, call me and you can park at my house and walk 90 seconds to the stadium. I'll be next door watching NewCath and Cooper at Newport Stadium.

Bellevue's Gilligan Stadium is my favorite place to watch high school football.

I challenge you to walk/run from the bottom of the stands to the top row of the stadium and back down. it isn't far but I think that is where the Stairmaster people came up with the idea.
