Stealers Wheel, which brought Gerry Rafferty into the world, enjoyed about two decades of owning their own song. Then it got used in "Reservoir Dogs" and it's been tied to that flick ever since.

The "Reservoir Dogs" soundtrack is great. When I think of the epitomy of cool I visualize the opening title sequence where the crew is strutting up the street in suits and shades to the music of the George Baker Selection in the background. Such a great movie.

From Secretariat. "He laughs at fear, afraid of nothing... He cannot stand still when the trumpet sounds." Final scene at the Belmont Stakes, stand up and cheer; oh happy day.

I hear this song and can't get ONJ ( or as dad called her Olivia Neutron Bomb) out of my mind from this movie.

I haven't heard "Sweet Emotion" without picturing the Judge circling the Lee High School parking lot in probably 10 years.
