I love what Price has done with the bullpen so far this year. Exactly what I had hoped for. Iglesias will get more than an inning tonight.

Is Votto gonna be under .200 again until June? What an airhead!

0-5 now tonight.

I think what Joey needs to get going is a good dose of plantman stinkin' thinkin'.

Best start since 2011 (6-2)

Just trying to enjoy this for now. This team is fun to watch at least.

Bullpen putting in some serious work. Hopefully they can get some rest tomorrow.

Someone remind me how we got Scooter? Just a free agent signing?

Milwaukee cut him and Reds claimed him

This bullpen is filthy. My concern is, at this usage rate, they're going to be spent by June 1st.

Glad you got to see a winner @LRCW.....How was PNC Park? Was it as nice as everyone seems to say it is?

The thing I've liked about Price's decisions so far is that he's gotten a shorter hook. If a guy doesn't have it, he doesn't have it...no need to leave him out there for another batter or certainly another inning. I think in previous years Finnegan stays in the game the other night and might not get pulled until the game is tied or the Pirates were leading. Last night, Wood gets pulled in a situation where in previous years Hoover, Diaz, Cingrani, etc. would've still been pitching.

With veterans you leave them in to fight through it. With the youngsters, and that's pretty much everyone not named Storen, Arroyo, and Feldman, you go out and get them. I'm a huge Price critic, but his handling of the bullpen has been perfect thus far.
