Did Clinton break the law?

Featured Replies

Did Hillary Clinton break the law and did Obama allow this thus making him complicit?

Hillary Clinton aides had access to State Dept. after she left, says key lawmaker | Fox News

From the article:

When Hillary Clinton resigned as Secretary of State in 2013, she negotiated continuing access to classified and top-secret documents for herself and six staffers under the designation "research assistants," according to a powerful senator who notes that Clinton was later deemed "extremely careless" with such information.

The staff apparently retained access even after Clinton announced her run for president in April 2015, according to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. The access was ostensibly granted to facilitate work on Clinton's memoir, but Grassley said he was only able to verify it after the Obama administration left the White House.

Yeah she broke the law and should be in jail for:

Treason

Money Laundering

Bribery

Murder

Already established that she broke several laws..

Scared they may end up swimming with the fishes.

Actually I dont think anyone cares that she broke the law, that goes for everyone here and Capital Hill.

Whatever. Throw her in jail. Who cares. She's old news.

You should care. We all should care if someone that was a sitting SOS broke the law, doesn't matter which party they belong to.

She's not old news. She found her way out of the woods and is starting her comeback tour.

I'm disappointed.

Wasn't AG Sessions supposed to be prosecuting HRC by Day 1?

Ahhh...par for the course.

Yes. Over and over and over again. For the record, we would all be in jail for the most minor things she did.

Hillary and her "foundation" are still being investigated.. Just not front page news right now...

She is done. If the Dems even consider nominating her again, they are through. If she broke a law, convict her. I am not concerned with anything about her anymore because she is insignificant. Republicans spending time and energy on her are wasting their time. She is good click bait for the media and that is about it.

She has been a deflection from the disaster in the White House since November. That's why they still care.

Probably true. The programmed response to anything negative on their side is ... "Look what (fill in the blank) on the other side did. What about that?"

So you may be right.
