Greatest Movie Of All Time?

Featured Replies

As far as picking one movie it's nearly impossible for me. I love movies, we go to a movie at least a couple of times a month. I used to watch Academy Award Theater on TBS before going to work on Sundays when I was young and saw so many great movies that I can't pick a #1.

I know no one put this at the top of any list, but I enjoy the simple perfection of JAWS. Yeah the Shark could have been better, but that script and the acting...especially Robert Shaw, is spot on.

Robert Shaw was great in every movie I can remember seeing him in. One of my favorites was The Sting.

While not my favorite movie, but the first one that really came to mine that I'm going to go with:

Wizard of Oz

I'll second that motion.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

Imagine that. :) It IS a great movie. Love Jack . I would also nominate The Shining for those that love the horror genre.

Frankly, my dear, I don't dive a damn.

Gone With the Wind

It's just so damn long.

Wait, there's a diving scene in GWTW? man, I REALLY need to re-watch it I guess.;)

I like that movie as well but it's funny that Stephen King hates it.

Too many to choose from. I love a lot of movies but two I always watch, one a drama is Where Eagles Dare and one a comedy is Blazing Saddles.
