The individuals who surveilled discussions at Planned Parent Hood are being criminally prosecute, while terminating the lives of children continues and is condoned. There is a higher law being violated here.

The law is the law. When we start allowing personal and religious beliefs to overtake the law, the door is open for Sharia law or any other church's law to be claimed as better than the actual law and justification for criminal actions.

More Christian mainly because the nation itself was almost entirely, but even with all that the founding fathers had the foresight to make sure that religion was kept separate from governance. They recognized the problem with religious beliefs and persecution over law and made sure that was not part of the US law.

Legally there is not, I get the point you are making, but you have to separate the two, legally.

So these guys were the ones who filmed the executives wanting to sell the murdered babies to a research lab. They were not filming the mothers going into the labs. They did not film client/doctor discussions they were filming business discussions.

 

I know there are different laws about filming with use of hidden camera versus public filming.

Well if we are all of a sudden going to follow the law, then the Sanctuary City officials need to be arrested for harboring and aiding illegal immigrants. Its a felony.
