Bryan Station's is sharp... Bourbon with bonus point for an original creation and tracing their county map.

 

Though not incredibly original whatsoever bonus point to Boyd County for reminding me of East Dillon from Friday Night Lights.

 

That's particularly cool, if you ask me.

I liked Boyd County in that group.

Thanks @Pi . Not a bad looking helmet...but I honestly liked the Polar Bear decal better.

Here’s Bracken County’s new helmets for 2018. The white makes it more Polar Bear-ish lol. Don’t know if there will be a decal or not, but I like them plain.

Both are sharp but I think I like the white lid with green letter best. Either way, well done Brossart.

I dig the new Breckinridge County helmets. I like the silver flecks in the helmet itself, and personally I'd do away with the tiger-print stripe, but overall, they're really solid.

 

 

Just a simple helmet question: You see more teams wearing white helmets. Are white helmets less expensive than colored helmets? I understand that the helmets with “metal flakes” would cost more.

I think a lot of teams just love the "storm trooper" look. It's not just a High School thing. A lot of colleges have started introducing white alternate helmets as well.I think the cleanness of the all-white combos just speak to people.

 

I have always been more partial to a little mix and match with the jersey base color and pants being contrasting.

 

The NFL color rush and the "storm trooper" look have a lot of teams going with the jersey, helmet, and pants all the same color. I can appreciate an All-Black look.. but in all it's just not my bag of preference.
