Proud to say TAC jr. with Christian Brothers University will be heading to the NCAA D2 tournament in Huntsville, Alabama this weekend. They secured the 6th seed in the south region announced on the NCAA webcast last night on their version of selection Sunday. CBU starts 2 juniors, 2 soph's and a frosh. They are 18-12 on the year. They play Delta state who they have lost twice to on 2 last second shots.

Other NKY connections in the mid west region; Bellermine got in with a 1 seed. (Bach, Weyer). Findlay 6th seed (Ruthatz) Ky Wesleyan 4th seed (Hatton).

Good luck to all the contestants!

Bellarmine has at least 3 Louisville area connections that I can think of off the top of my head: Troutman from Bullitt East: Schurfranz from DeSales (grandfather and father played for the Knights); and Ramser from Trinity. There may be more.

What a great thing to look forward to!
