They haven't released the bill yet. Paul Ryan highlted some of the main points. To make any sort of judgement without seeing it is irresponsible.

 

I am personally hesitant because I know Rand Paul didn't like the plan at least orginally because he still thinks the cost is to great.

The OP is an opinion of an opinion of an opinion of a plan that has not been finalized. The Yahoo! opinion appeared first in the GQ Style section, so there must be something to it.

And besides they have to pass the plan to know what's in the plan.
