St. X throws an INT.

Lakeland 25 St. X 22 .... Final

Take a way the openning kickoff ran back for a TD by Lakeland this is a different game.

What's the score???

14-12 De LaSalle

2nd quarter

De LaSalle just returned one 97 yards for a touchdown.

21-12 De LaSalle

28-12 De La Salle off of a turnover, thing falling apart here.

What awesome football!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lakeland, Fla.-the real deal-3 Div 1 lineman, Div 1 TB, Div 1 TE, tons of speed, well-coached

Cincy X-impressive as always, could have won after Lakeland FG in OT hit the crossbar and bounced over-surprised X threw into the endzone on 1st down at the 20 in OT-intercepted...game over

Don Bosco Prep- a lot like a good, physical Elder team with at Div 1 QB, Matt Simms-he's like Brian Brohm but with a stronger arm- and he's going to Louisville-UL fans you are in good hands

De La Salle-disciplined, very quick, split-back veer-very good, excellent passing game, tough-fast-disciplined on defense, excellent special teams(1 TD)-49-12 over Elder at the end of the 3rd qtr- they are for real & no big time DI recruits

Lakeland vs. De La Salle- pick 'em

I would love to see De La Salle play.

Mentioned before that I would love to see these teams come to play Indianapolis Warren Centeral. I'm not even a fan, I'm a transplant from Ky and started waching Warren last year. Their program is great with a good feeder system that keeps the talent coming, in the two years I've been watching them I haven't seen anyone play within twentyone points of them. I heard they can't getbteams to come in and play them. They played one of the Ohio teams, I think it was St X , three or four years ago and blew them out.

The Dreadnaughts have 8 players committed to D1 schools, all in the SEC. Their best player, I can't remember his name, has not committed yet.

Thanks, Swamprat.:thumb:

Nation 5, Ohio 4 in the nine games. With Moeller losing by one to the second ranked team in the country and St. Xavier losing in overtime to the third ranked team. I'd say Ohio football came out of the weekend looking pretty good.

BTW, is Colerain a machine or what? The scary thing is St. X might be even better.

Can someone help me with this. Even De LaSalle's unbeaten run of what 150 or so games, how many major D-I players did they have. Can someone give me some names?

Wildcat, Swamprat, or anyone else in the know, I've heard great things about both their speed year in and year out and their disicipline. Are they the fastest HS team you've seen, and are the best coached HS team you've seen? Thanks.
