Yes it has alternated since 2006.

Looks like Augusta and St. Patrick basically said to Bracken if you're not going to play us then we're not coming to your place for the tourney.

As a coach or player I have no problem with this. It gets you two extra games on the Fieldhouse floor preparing you for region.

Currently making a 30 for 30 on the 39th District so I can become a millionaire.

The hosting issue isn't that big of a deal. Each team gets 2 games every year to prepare for region. Also Augusta has had good success in the Igloo, play really good there, don't know why they would want to move.
