The only pressure should be on the team with the target on its back and that's not Bracken, according to most. The Polar Bears are the arrow taking aim.

To be honest with the departure of Garrison from Mason, BC has to have a slight edge.

Regardless both teams have underachieved thus far this season. Since this years BC senior class was in 6th grade, the BC faithful claimed these last two years were there years! Last year no post season and 10-12 this season. No class A or district championship banners. Definitely not what they all had hoped for. Polar Bears and Royals have a chance to salvage their poor seasons with a district championship.

I read through your posts, a lot of negativity on high schoolers having fun. They are 10-12 on a very tough schedule. And everybody still seems to forget that they are without their second leading scorer who played from 1st grade through junior year, who played on that middle school team you mentioned. That's not just something you can replace overnight!

But why did he quit? Don't tell me to focus on XC... there's more to it

He to my knowledge is not playing basketball and baseball to focus on his cross-country and track career which he has had a lot of success in.

3) Criteria to be considered by the schools for the district tournament include but are not limited to:

Bracken is no place for this. You gotta get there early for a spot in the school lot....

They run a shuttle that takes an extra 3 minutes. I've been further away at Mason.

This is so true. Mason has a similar parking issue. I'd rather park and ride a bus than walk from some of the places you have to walk in maysville.
