January 23, 20179 yr Author So you're for the president or opposed? While I voted for an Independent, I'm for the president and glad he defeated Hillary. I want him to be a successful president. I think he needs to develop a filter and not be overly concerned with the media, they're going to continue to lean left. I hope he does such a good job that he gets a second term.

The issues with Trump are his lack of sensitivity, combativeness, pettiness, etc in dealing with people, especially those who he feels are not in lock step with him. Throw in the remarks he made about women, and many fear that some of these less desirable traits will become more prominent within society.

Trump to his credit (and detriment) isn't a slick Politically Correct speaker like most politicians are. We will see how well that bodes for him.

If he keeps alienating people he's going to have a very rough go, and people will continue to poke and provoke him to his detriment.
January 23, 20179 yr How long ago was his remarks about women on that bus? At some point we as a country need to come together because right now we're looking weak and divided. IMO that opens us up to attack and our grandkids will be speaking Arabic and the blame will be placed on the people burning and looting their home towns and the folks wearing vagina hats.

At some point, the softer generation of folks will be thankful for the folks who can roll up their sleeves and get some actual work done.
