I'm sure this demographic doesn't exist on BGP but if you are a naturalized Muslim citizen returning from Iraq last week you experienced some losses of rights and freedoms. More to come, but I imagine the losses in freedoms won't touch many posters on this board.

However, all my middle class liberal friends were talking about all of the rights and freedoms that they were specifically going to lose and how the world was practically going to end. Wondering at what point does that over exaggeration go away.

I knew a woman that was strip searced at an airport once, she was never sure why. Are those losses of rights and freedoms?

I mean I am white, Christian, middle class, and I had no worry of a loss of freedom or rights, but I do have this thing called empathy.
