January 17, 20179 yr "But it is just fantasy that makes football popular." The reality is football's ratings did decline this year... from record high ratings the previous X amount of years. January 17, 20179 yr The conspiracy theory is that the NFL purposely delayed the game to see if prime time is a better slot. Maybe move up the start times of both an hour, but I liked having the evening game.
January 17, 20179 yr I just read it was the most watched prime time game ever 37.4 . It had a 21.9 rating with 37.4 million viewers. Different numbers. Still impressive, If you have the Cowboys, Packers, Steelers, or Raiders playing you will get a better national audience. The Chiefs are not a huge national draw.
January 17, 20179 yr I just read it was the most watched prime time game ever 37.4 . That wasn't a Super Bowl.
January 18, 20179 yr The conspiracy theory is that the NFL purposely delayed the game to see if prime time is a better slot. Maybe move up the start times of both an hour, but I liked having the evening game. Guarantee we get a primetime game next year.
