It wasn't pretty, but CC held on for a win on the road. That makes 14 wins in a row as CC moves to 16-1.

That's a large free throw discrepancy. How often do teams win when they are -13 from the stripe?

The Camels are no walk in the park. Congratulations to the Cougars for losing by a very respectable margin. I'm impressed.

Conner had chances in this one - missed some very makeable shots late 3rd/early 4th quarters and then couldn't find enough scoring down the stretch.

 

CC wasn't locked in and sharp tonight - Conner really had a shot to pull the upset but simply didn't finish enough plays.

Score is definitely surprising to me, but these are high school kids who you never know what you are gonna get with them night in and night out. Good teams find ways to win when things aren't going their way and the Camels did that last night. Kudos to them and there is nothing they can do if their region is down it's out of their control. Just keep looking at the next team on the schedule and winning and it doesn't matter who else is up or down really. Congrats CCHS!!!

I'm as big of a Camels fan as anyone. That being said, this was the worst games I've seen the Camels play this year. I didn't make the Bracken game so that is not part of my equation. They just played lazy with the ball. All night. TURNOVERS. I've never seen the Camels turn the ball over like they did this night. I give Conner credit, they played hard the entire game. My Camels did not.
