Mr. Sixer Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 Looks pretty accurate. 8, 9, and 10 are all in the same tourney next week.
Blake1978j Posted December 22, 2016 Posted December 22, 2016 I think Southwestern is the class of the 12th, but who really knows at this point? Nice work!
THS2011 Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 What are all the teams records? Would be nice to have the records next to the teams. Thx!
BigRedMachine05 Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 I think Southwestern is the class of the 12th, but who really knows at this point? Nice work! i concur, Gover has been lights out!!!
Rez Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 Looks very good. There are a few minor changes I might make. I actually think Corbin should be higher (top 10). They are undefeated with a head to head win over your current #10 Lexington Catholic. I would probably switch Pulaski Co and Southwestern. The expectation was that Pulaski would be better going into the season, but I think Southwestern has a better resume so far this season I don't have Bardstown in the top 20, though not far off in the 21-25 range. I'd consider having Elliott Co round out the top 20, but they are much more of a question mark due to their lighter schedule so far. Butler and Valley would be another couple of options for that last spot. Again, very good rankings.

catfan09 Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 I think Southwestern is the class of the 12th, but who really knows at this point? Nice work! Could find out soon, solid chance they meet in the Lake Cumberland holiday tournament next week. What win would be SW "best" win to this point? When I hear resume, just wondering, what people would think. SW is a tough team and I expect them to continue to play at a top 20 level all season. I thought they should've been there in the preseason. Pulaski is still growing each game with a new coaching staff. They came back after a loss to LCA and beat a very solid Oakland TN team. .. Seems like someone different has been out every game. Hopefully that changes sooner than later. Team has a lot of potential/talent to work with though.
catfan09 Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 8 of the top 9 were all in the KOB right? Some great games played last week.
PurplePride92 Posted December 23, 2016 Author Posted December 23, 2016 8 of the top 9 were all in the KOB right? Some great games played last week. Correct. As were Doss and Franklin Simpson.

I would say a 23 point win over Central Hardin is probably Southwestern's best result to date. A 30 point blowout of GRC was also noteworthy. I was also really impressed with their string of 3 wins over Madison Central, Eastern and Lawrence Co in the span of 2 days. None of those on their own really stand out, but as a whole they've put together a really solid season so far.
UK#1fanisback Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 I thought some of these teams would have better records.
gchs_uk9 Posted December 23, 2016 Posted December 23, 2016 I thought some of these teams would have better records. Several have played and beat each other.
