I'm sure your angle is always better than anyone else's.....but ultimately this is spot decision. If you can say 100% that this player never so much as even looked in the general direction of any opposing player while clapping, then I'll say it could be a questionable call....my guess is that you may have overlooked proximity, timing and game situation....but I'll go with that always.

I never said it cost Campbell the game they played well and was the better team on Saturday but it did change the momentum that's for sure.

You are probably reading too much into what you think about how this incident was a "T". I'll agree with Clyde, you get in someone face after a play, it's taunting, and there is zero tolerance. I will bet that in this case, this particular player may have been discussed in pre-game.......

 

Players, coaches and fans need to understand "fuse length" is not a factor...but there are rules and points of emphasis, and that's how the game is managed and demanded to be managed by those that interpret and dictate rules.

 

The life lesson is easy....play the game, keep your mouth in check, you get to keep playing....
