November 8, 20169 yr This election cycle has been so different than any in my lifetime. So many things have gone against the traditional political grain. Do you think we will see the traditional gracious concession speech tonight that we have always seen in the past? As is part of our tradition, loser accepts defeat, congratulates winner on a hard-fought campaign , and says we must come together as a nation and get behind the new President. Will we see a repeat tonight or something far different?
November 8, 20169 yr I'd say no only because I think Trump will lose and I don't see it in him unless every battleground state goes HRC.

November 8, 20169 yr We were just talking about this at work. I think if it's really close -- like down to two states or less -- neither side will make a concession tonight. I think Mrs. Clinton has a much greater shot of conceding a pretty definitive loss than Mr. Trump does. If it's a flat-out blow out I think both would concede.
November 8, 20169 yr Author If Mrs Clinton loses, I think she concedes(unless it's like 2000, of course). If Trump loses, I don't really see it, unless possibly he loses in somewhat of a blowout. Then he might.

It might very well put his life in danger.

November 8, 20169 yr If Trump loses, he may be the first candidate to concede via a 3 AM tweet. If Hillary loses, her first action will be to place a call to her former boss to remind him that she will be needing a pardon ASAP.
