Lol....that guy

I don't know what that means?

Mayfield: Brady Smith, Quortarrious Cherry (kid may be unblockable by the time he's done), and Kent Trey Matthews. I know you asked about Sophs, but you can add freshmen Markeacio Dunbar, Travon Halliburton, Alonzo Daniel, and Jayden Stinson to the list of future stars.

There is some great sophomore talent in the Owensboro area right now. Catholic QB Will Warren and RB Vonn Williams are exceptional players as first year starters. The Daviess County WR Marquel Tinsley leads the state in recieving yards and TD's if im not mistaken, over 1300 yards and 20 TD's. He has size and those are eye popping numbers for a sophomore.

These stand out off the bat:

ATH Milton Wright, CAL (IMHO the best Soph in KY)

DT Jacob Lacey, South Warren (stud)

QB Austin Carr, CAL

RB Joe Jackson, Johnson Central (JJ Jude reinvented)

OL Austin Lawson, Belfry (6'4 350)

ATH Makel Askew, Paducah Tilghman (hopefully he is still playing.. has potential to be big time)

OL Bryan Hudson, Scott County (stud)

RB Vonn Williams, OCath (A star right now)

RB Kyle Kelly, NewCath (He's a Kelly..he will be awesome)

WR Marquel Tinsley, Daviess County (Balling out this year)

I was also going to post about Milton Wright. If there's a better sophomore in the state, I would pay to go watch him play.

Lacey and Hudson will probably be more heavily recruited...each already has big time scholarship offers before they even kicked off their Sophomore year... but IMHO I will be shocked if Wright isn't a Mr. Football Finalist before it is over and will see his recruitment blow up in the near future I am thinking.

If I was Mark Stoops I would be begging him to come to KY right now. WR or DB..either way this kid is going to be special.

I don't know what that means?

I thought that guy would have been everyone's obvious selection...great numbers for the #1 team.....it's a compliment

It never ends

Markeacio Dunbar and Alonzo Daniel even sound like great football players.
