Boyle has had moments of brilliance and moments of disaster. Moore is having their best season since 2001. Can the Mustangs give Boyle a first round run?

What are their records?/ quality wins?

Boyle is 6-4

Moore is 7-3

My biggest concern for Boyle is Moore is coming off a bye week and have 2 weeks to prepare for Boyle in a first round playoff game. What a huge advantage that is.

Moore is very underrated. They play in a very tough district. Boyle County is going to have a rough road in the playoffs.

I think Boyle County will win this one but it will be close.

Hopefully this will make sense

For some players on the Boyle county football team football has become only something you do in the fall to pass the time. From the mid 80's to 2010 football was a way of life for anyone who was on the team and those following the program. On any given Friday this season you could watch players going through the motions expecting someone else to step up and make the play. That folks is not how championships are won they are won Monday-Thursday where the scout team guy is better than the guy you play on Friday not talent wise but dedication wise. It is won when things go bad but you fight through it to find a way to win. You dont have to be a hero but you have to do you job and unfortunately BC doesn't have enough players wanting to do just that instead they fill a space and wait on the next guy to do it. I say that to make this statement until that issue is fixed until 100% of the players from top to bottom buy into what the greatest Kentucky high school football coach is selling them every Friday from here on out will be a flip a coin kinda game.

Well said.

Who is Tahj Gelin for Moore? Looking at the KHSAA stats I see this kid has not played till the Waggener game, then has 25 carries for 152 yds and 3 TD's.

Anyone know where he came from and why he did not play in Moore's first 9 games? He doesn't even have an assigned jersey # on KHSAA.

typo go to previous games and look for

#4 Gelin, Tahja

typo in the waggener game stats

Tahj Gelin - Hudl

Guessing it is him

Looks like he started playing for Moore starting with the Bardstown game... not sure the situation

his Hudl profile list him as playing at Seneca...Im even more confused now

Based off his Hudl page I dont see any videos from this season

I am thinking he came to Moore from Seneca and either was not ruled eligible or was injured until late in the season

^Per KHSAA.org, he played for Seneca in 2015.

He played against Bardstown and can flat get after it. The Vedden brothers are also great athletes, younger brother is a freshman and can spin that rock, though has a tendency to overthrow. His senior older brother, #8, is going to outjump everyone on the field. #6 is also a very talented athlete.

Moore has all kinds of athletic talent. Not much discipline, but if they bring their "A" game I could see Boyle County having an awfully difficult time tomorrow night.

Boyle County 42

Moore 7

I think Boyle will be just fine tomorrow night.
