Was that a good no call on OSU's last possession? Receiver is running under the ball down the field and DB is trailing, reaches out and pulls down the receiver's arm before the ball gets there? It is hard to catch a ball with one arm being held, but announcers didn't make much of it. Not even Herbstreit.

I saw that and agree with you on the obvious PI, I didn't mention only bc I didn't want to seem as blaming officials for a loss, especially after all the plays OSU didn't make. As for Herbstrreit, he is one of the best and imo he didn't want to seem as a homer of an analyst, with him being a former OSU player. jmo

I followed Herbie on Twitter. He says that by definition it is PI. But defenders are being taught to play it this way because it is so hard to catch without slowing it down.

It's a shame that what he was involved with tarnishes what he accomplished on the field, which will remain that way for MANY.

I wasn't in Happy Valley, but I follow a lot of Ohio State accounts on twitter and people walking around the tailgates were taking pictures of signs talking about Joe Pa and people wearing shirts with his name on them and apparently people up there are still vying for his ignorance on what was going on. Its a shame. It makes the loss to them hurt that much worse for me because their fans don't deserve it.

I posted that they outplayed OSU in every way. PSU did play one helluva game, OSU still imo gave it away but PSU played well.

I didn't get to watch the game because I was at the UK game but I do know that Happy Valley is an incredible venue when it's really hopping. And I'm sure it was nuts Saturday night.

Exactly. They do that too much. I remember when they lost to Va Tech in the championship season ....hope that repeats itself.
