Is 2019 the best class to come through Kentucky in recent memory?

Featured Replies

Did they change it from Oct 1st? If you turn 19 before then you are ineligible as a senior I thought? Or is it August 1st

Would Powell be a top player in the 2019 Class? Would Rode be a top player in the 2018 class?

better ? is would they be top players at their age and yes they would.

The bigger issue is all these kids holding back and dominating the academic teams. I know you don't hear much about it but its happening all across the state.

Just spoke to Pure Prospects and they said Justin Powell would be ranked 2nd or 3rd in the 2019 class.

That's hilarious. Off the top of their head they thought of all the top 2019 kids (or at least the ones that have paid to go to their camps) and determined he would be 2nd or 3rd. Says alot about the ranking process in my opinion.

Pure Prospects has zero credibility. He charges people for rankings.

I know there are 6 kids in pure prospects top 25 of 2020 class thats never been to one of their camps but it does seem that way sometimes. I get what your saying but not true.

He might be a fine guy, but from what I have seen he is either lacking a proof reader of his work or I would not be using his word on rankings credibility. And these ranking guys have to sprinkle in some players who they may not have at their camp to dress up the rankings they put out. to do otherwise would unravel the ruse.

Moreno will be at IU's Hoosier Hysteria.

Justin Powell will be at Hoosier Hysteria also. Go ky boys. I will stop rooting for you both if you go to Indiana though lol

2019' can be very special with names already mentioned. There is a "dark horse" player at Harrison County this year. This kid is in the 2019' class and has "major" upsides. This kid is from Charlotte, NC; Tyler Harris 6'4" Guard/Wing player. Not an elite athelete because he lacks muscle, but has the tools, swagger for MM to HM-D1. Very long-armed kid with great ball-handling. Will see how he measures up with Allen at Pendleton County on 1/27/17
