I agree with you, if not by more. Bellevue's linemen need to step up this week if they are going to compete. Good luck to both teams!

After seeing both play Dayton over the past two weeks, Brossart will be too much for Bellevue IMO. Good luck to both teams and hope it's a good game.

I'm pleased that our program has come to the point where we are expected to beat Bellevue. It wasn't that long ago that we were being thumped on a regular basis by the Tigers. Last year, the Mustangs came from behind to win 24-21. and seemingly are favorites to repeat again this season.

 

With that being said, the Dayton that Bellevue played might have been a more healthy unit than what the Mustangs faced, and I have every respect for Woody McMillan's ability to prepare his team for this encounter with the Mustangs in Alexandria.

Bellevue is in a bit of a struggle period right now. Bellevue was outgained by over 100 yards against Dayton. Bellevue had 1 pass completion for more than 10 yards and only 4 in the game.

 

That adds up to this being a game that they will struggle to score in and 2 scores might be the max and that will not be enough.

Another sleeper win for the Mustangs

Have to go with Brossart. However, Bellevue has a little more speed and might do a better job in pass coverage than dayton. If Bellevue can get their quick passing game going it will help neutralize the brossart pass rush. I would like to see this but will be down in Pendelton.

I am the only one that picked Bellevue to win but I have to show some love for my old school and town.

I saw on twitter that at halftime, they are honoring some police officers from many units across Campbell County. This is a pretty cool idea if true
