October 20, 20169 yr Did you cook it up yet? I did, cooked it last night. It was great! One "issue" I noticed after cooking... When I rolled it, some of the bacon on the bottom was rolled up into it, and didn't cook all the way, so next time I'll have to watch that.

I've had that happen a time or two, I should have warned you. I'm going to try just using the plastic from the bag, or a piece of parchment next time to roll the sausage up by itself to make a sausage log. Then set that on the bacon weave and wrap that around it. Should do the trick if I can keep it together.

October 25, 20169 yr Friday night game this week. We're not going to have a ton of time to tailgate, so I'm staying with the KISS principle. The mainstay of tailgating hot dogs and hamburgers. Then we don't have a home game until the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

August 7, 20179 yr Our plans are in flux, right now. My tailgate group kind of split up. We'll be parking in Lot 6D, in the handicap area. This puts us right across the street from Gate C and the south end zone. We've been invited to join to large groups closer to the stadium. Both of these groups are prepare and bring it groups, and do little cooking on site. Both tailgate near where we will be parking. Whoever we go with, the tailgate for the game on Sept. 15 will be held at my truck. It will probably be the only game where I bring all my gear. @coldweatherfan, the visitor sections are 126-132 and 226-229. You might be better off getting though Illinois. I don't know if I can purchase tickets in those sections. If price matters, though, as a season ticket holder, I can purchase tickets adjacent to those sections at a discount. (Allegedly)
