Won't be the next home game, though. ECU is another nooner (I HATE ESPN!!!!).

Here's a good breakfast item if you have a generator. Pilsbury cinnamon rolls in the waffle iron. Takes about 3 minutes a batch, warm and yummy.

@coldweatherfan, can you do the fatty completely in an oven?

Absolutely.

You have to put it on a rack in a pan so the grease has somewhere to go, and put a little water in the pan so the grease doesn't cook and smoke up your kitchen.

Awesome.

This is definitely happening in the near future.

There's a ton of things you can do.

I make a breakfast fatty where I scramble up some eggs and let them cool. Then put the eggs, cheese, peppers & onions, even hash browns in it, then roll it up and cook it.

Same cooking temp and time for the breakfast one?

Pretty much the same for all.

Best thing is to check with a therm 160-165 degrees.

You can also put in everything but the eggs, and then just serve it with eggs.

Breakfast fatty.

I want to do the breakfast fatty, but I need to keep it simple this week.

I have a dinner I have to attend Friday night, a soccer game to attend tomorrow night, I have to pick up grandson and take him to and from football practice today, pick him up and take him to practice tomorrow, work needs to be done on Mrs. S's scooter, and there is that hurricane. Oh yeah, I have that little work thing that finances all of this.

We will probably repeat last week's tailgate, only for fewer people. All the FSU bandwagoners won't be there. :D

Nothing extravagant this week.

A nice breakfast casserole that has eggs, bacon, sausage, peppers, & hash browns in it, and cinnamon rolls on the waffle iron(these are so good).

Supposed to be a high of 68 in Champaign. It'll be 60 or so at noon, so for lunch I'm rolling with a crock pot full of chicken taco soup along with grilled cheese and grilled peanut butter sandwiches.

And of course a rack of wings. These have become a tailgate staple now.

It's a simple but delicious tailgate.

Did cinnamon rolls on the waffles iron and a egg, bacon, sausage, & hash brown casserole for breakfast.

They're on the road the next 2 weeks, but the next tailgate is a fatty tailgate.
