I believe so. Either death or imprisonment and a huge fine. I guess it depends on how treasonous your act is.

ISIS is no different than the Muslim Brotherhood other than the MB does stuff more political behind the scenes while still supporting terror.

 

So if everyone is all for killing due to treason of supporting an enemy, then you better be cutting off a lot of the current President and his staff because they support terrorist also.
