Considering what's out there discussing his deals and failure to pay contractors, I don't know how he gets anybody to do his work. He has stiffed thousands of "little guys" millions of dollars.

 

I've built a few homes/buildings , it can be extremely rewarding and extremely frustrating.

 

Worked with some great contractors/companies and worked with some that I never want to see again.

 

If a contractor did everything to spec and Trump didn't pay them, he should be grilled on this. If they didn't live up to their end then we should grill them.

 

There's good and bad contractors out there, I'd guess Trump has ran into his share of losers in his long build career.

TR, it won't take much effort to find out his MO. One of the most egregious is Atlantic City.

Trump has had 60 cases that went to trial over 35 years due to contract disputes.

The constant slamming of Trump by the Left when their candidate is just as bad. And visa versa.

 

To put Hillary up as better than Trump is laughable.

That's obvious. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Rich people and businesses get sued all the time by people hoping to get a quick easy settlement. Dismissal usually means there was no merit to begin with and it was frivolous. You know that but you can continue with your frivolous attempted character assassination. Still not helping the dark queen.

In one case, Trump didn't pay a piano dealer who supplied pianos to one of his casinos or resorts that later ran into financial difficulties. Repeated letters requesting payment were ignored. Finally the piano dealer got a letter from Trump's lawyers offering 70%. Take it or sue me, the small businessman was told.

Would be interested in knowing if anyone complaining about the lawsuits has actually owned a business. I own one . 7-10 employees . The regulatory burdens are so great I can barely keep on top of it . Can you imagine ( probably not) owning dozens and dozens of corporations ? Do you really think Trump was ask " Hey Big Don you want to pay the piano guy or not " ? For as much as an egotistic jerk he can be he had the guts to go for stuff , build this , restore that and most of it was pretty dang successful . It even employed 1000's of people .
