silo11 Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Jonathan Lucroy Traded To Cleveland Indians - Today's Knuckleball Looks like 4 prospects from the Tribe. None of their big 3 were in the trade however.
ColonelCrazy Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Tribe traded two of their top three prospects for Andrew Miller. All in for 2016
ColonelCrazy Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Wow, Lucroy rejects the trade. Tough break there.
sweet16 Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Wow, Lucroy rejects the trade. Tough break there. Don't understand this. He was quoted at the beginning of the season he didn't want to go through a rebuilding and wanted to play for a contender.
Jim Schue Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Holding out for the better offer. Maybe this means the Reds won't finish last in the division after all.
John Anthony Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Don't understand this. He was quoted at the beginning of the season he didn't want to go through a rebuilding and wanted to play for a contender. $$$
HammerTime Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Don't understand this. He was quoted at the beginning of the season he didn't want to go through a rebuilding and wanted to play for a contender. He's severely under paid for his production so I don't blame him for trying to drop that option year.
LRCW Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 From what I heard he was the Indians were going to use him at 1B and DH, and he wants to catch. That's why he vetoed the trade
sweet16 Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 He's severely under paid for his production so I don't blame him for trying to drop that option year. He signed the contract. That is not the Indians fault
sweet16 Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 From what I heard he was the Indians were going to use him at 1B and DH, and he wants to catch. That's why he vetoed the trade And playing DH and 1B would help lengthen his career. You would think he would like that
All In Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 Maybe like Phillips wanting to retire a Red and go into the Reds Hall of Fame, he wants to retire a Brewer
HammerTime Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 He signed the contract. That is not the Indians fault The contract that gave him the no trade clause so I don't blame him.
