They traded him at what ended up being the worst possible time. Had they dealt him at last year's deadline, they would've gotten a better package. Had they held onto him until now, they'd have gotten a better package. It's tough to pull the trigger on when the right time to unload is. It didn't work out with him, but it appears that it will with Bruce.
