Christian County is being vastly under-valued. Huge number of returning starter, 2 players committed to FBS schools, QB that is a '18 Div I recruit, other very good players around those guys. 2016 has been a year they have looked forward to for a while.

out of the gate. They play at Bowling Green in week one. I think this game will be closer than last years game, but I think the Purples still win by 3 touchdowns.

Not sure Graves County would break the top 10, but if Murray, Calloway, and Butler County are in the conversation, Graves should be as well. Beat both Murray and Calloway last year, lost to Christian County by 7 and lost to Owensboro by 1. Some key players returning, so Graves should be improved this year.

Actually Cigar, Murray is the team I was speaking about throwing you a softball. I just think they take a step back after losing a D1 DLineman and the heart and soul of their offense in their QB.

Graves is a team you should never underestimate as they will play you to the last snap. I think they are in the toughest 5A district, but also think they can be a factor in that district.

Bowling greens offense is extremely Explosive withe Former Christian County Star Ziyon Kenner who ran a 4.4 40 and is unstoppable in the open field and is exciting to watch. Mr Football Jamale Caruthers who signed with Navy is just a straight up beast. Deanglo who is also unstoppable in the open field along with two tight ends who are 6'4 and 6'6 and a great offensive and Defensive Line.... Bowling green goes undefeated this year blowing out every team but one Saint X... Christian County Falls out the top 10 and maybe even Top 15..

I'm glad your a Kenner fan he is a very good player but 1 player does not make a team. Christian County has looked improved in the passing game and in pass defense in 7 on 7's. Ask Mayfield who played em this past Tuesday. Their JV unit won Mcracken County passing tournament this pass Saturday against some good teams which shows they have some good depth. Varsity team did not play but have competed/practice against area teams and have done extremely well. Yes their schedule is tuff it always is but I believe the biggest difference one will notice with this year's team is improvement upfront on both sides of the ball. Won't take long to see where County stands they scrimmage Paducah and play Caldwell and BG in the first two weeks.

7 on 7 is hybrid football. It is not the game we love on Friday night and comparisions between the 2 are useless. However, for QBs and WR/RBs it is a useful tool to establish chemistry, timing and to give the younger guys a chance to learn the playbook under fire. It is also good to get you in shape for the season. But that's about it.

Everyone knows that 7on7 and a real Friday night is two opposite games. HOWEVER, most coaches love the 7on7. On Friday nights your team can showcase its strengths but 7on7s will expose your weaknesses. What coach wouldn't want to participate in an opportunity such as that?

Last time I checked you don't win state titles off of 7 on 7s. Toothpick is right, I bet that 0-3 record in 7 on 7 will mean nothing.
