Billy probably be on the concussion DL?

Not good if so. He just came off of that a week or so ago.

Billy Hamilton exited Wednesday's game against the Cubs in the bottom of the first inning after he was hit in the head by a fly ball.

Adam Duvall and Hamilton were both going after a fly ball off the bat of Anthony Rizzo and the ball ultimately hit Hamilton in the head/face. He was on the ground for a couple of minutes before eventually walking off the field through the bullpen. The Reds will surely send him for tests to rule out a concussion. Tyler Holt replaced him in center field. Jun 29 - 12:46 PM

Both got to the ball. Duvall cut in front of him and put up his glove but the ball went right by it - he just whiffed. Problem is when he whiffed the ball hit Billy in the face as he was running behind him.

Reds have Hoover signed through 2018, however he is arbitration eligible after this year. If the Reds keep him up and his numbers still suck, can they reduce his 1.4M salary?

Reed has been a huge disappointment so far.

Brought him up too soon, not sure why they rushed him.

Duvall leads off the 4th with a solo to cut it to 7 to 1.

A bit. Not too off of what I expected though. Kid is young and still a bit raw. Taking his lumps right now. Will only help him in the long-run IMO.

Cozart with a pinch hit rbi ground out. 7 to 2 Cubs

Still willing to go out on a limb and say that Cozart won't be in Cincy 7/16 for his bobble head day.

Hopefully they can just give him away to HS team for a new left handed fungo or a bucket of curve balls.

I'd be more likely to trade him for a case of pretzels with cheese. Those things are amazing.

Did the Reds hit Bryant intentionally?
