It's hard to prove allegations when women are discouraged from reporting it in the first place.
May 26, 201610 yr Two words: Death penalty. If there were ever a case for it to be used again (and I don't think it will be), this is it. The only way the death penalty will apply here is if they got in trouble and were punished by the NCAA recently. The rule is called the repeat violator rule I could see them getting the Penn State punishment
May 26, 201610 yr Maybe but are all sexual assaults reported accurate, as in a girl lying, as in the Duke Lacross team case. IMO you cant suspend or dismiss someone if they are not proved guilty. If thats the case I may claim one against Duke basketball team this year and get them all suspended. Beat me to that point. Innocent until proven guilty. We should have learned that from the Duke case. I'm not privelaged to all the information and I am absolutely glad those men were convicted if they committed rape. After the Duke fiasco I would say that it's like the NFL. Untill you are found guilty no action. People are mad those men were not dismissed soley on the allegations. That's not the right action if they were innocent. I'm sure they told the coaches and staff they didn't do it. That's all the coach had to go by. He's not the investigator or the judge. He's a football coach. Now if he aided in trying to cover them up, or any inexcusable action, so be it. I'll admit it looks really bad that those two young men had been released from other teams admist sexual allegations and here they are doing it again. My first question is why were they not charged at the universities they came from? So Hilary should not be judged yet until proven guilty. I can form an opinion about liking the fact that she has so many accusations against her and she's been caught in so many lies. But she should not go to prison until they convict her so she is still innocent. For now.
