With the group they have back, I don't know how it can't be appealing.

I don't see any way that all of those kids stay at Cordia. But, if they do, it would be appealing for at least one season.

Without Rhodes, what is keeping them there? You might get the job expecting to coach college kids and end up coaching 5'9" mountain boys.

Good point. I didn't even think about that.

coaching 5'9 mountain boys, isn't always a bad thing, ask Buckhorn!

Rhodes is some of those kids guardian. I would think they would have to go where he says or go back home.

Didn't say it was bad. Said you might not get what you were signing up for.

What if Rhodes stays in the neighborhood for just this one year and still comes to the games as a fan and supporter of the players. There's people around the Cordia area that could see that he has a job outside of school somewhere during the year. Then his kids could remain at Cordia for this year, make a run at a regional or maybe state title, and then leave. I know that probably doesn't sound the most ethical route in the world, but is it a possibility?

Any Cordia posters have an opinion on that scenario?

I am hearing Steve Wright may take over at Cordia.

Have you ever been to the cordia area? No jobs!

Do you really want a bunch of players from out of state or country winning the Kentucky State Championship? I don't!

Maybe I missed it somewhere but what has changed since being ineligible for post season last year or two, to being eligible this year.
